Week of the African Child, Cologne, June 14 - 20

From the 14th to the 20th of June 2010 Stop Malaria Now! invites to the "Week of the African Child" at the Odysseum Köln, the adventure and fun park in Cologne, Germany. In exhibitions, workshops and art performances children, youth, their parents and all other interested people learn more about the African everyday life and challenges like the tropical disease malaria.

Italy

Jeet Kune Do Italy and SMN seminar, Sarnico (Bergamo), May 22

Once again the sport supported the fight against malaria. The Italian club of Jeet Kune Do organized a sport meeting together with SMN. Almost 100 youths attended the meeting, who was run by Master Luca Marinello, the only Italian who had the privilege to receive the prize Hall of Fame.

Brescia Art Marathon, Brescia, March 13 - 14

The municipality of Brescia organized on Saturday 13th March and Sunday 14th March a marathon through the city open to athletes, but also to children and families. Stop Malaria Now! was present with a stand in the main square of the town where there was the arrival point. A lot of information material about the campaign was distributed.

Roads of Africa, Poznan, July 2
