STOP MALARIA NOW! honoured in Germany
STOP MALARIA NOW! is proud to be a “Selected Landmark in the Land of Ideas”. The campaign has been awarded this prize for its engagement to fight against malaria and the international film project “Insight Malaria” by the initiative “Germany – Land of Ideas”.
Since 2006, ‘Germany – Land of Ideas’ has partnered with Deutsche Bank to run the contest” 365 Landmarks in the Land of Ideas”, whose patron is Germany’s Federal President Horst Köhler. Landmarks in the Land of Ideas are located wherever ideas are born, developed and promoted, or where the memory of great inventions and ideas is preserved. Each day of the years a “Selected Landmark” presents its idea to the public and is therefore awarded this prize.

“Insight Malaria” is the European-African film project of STOP MALARIA NOW! which offers the opportunity of a joint film production to young film makers from Europe and Africa.
